Everything you need to know about Inboxia. Can't find your answer? Contact us and we'll help.

You connect your WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code or entering a pairing code, the same way you'd link WhatsApp Web. When a customer messages you, our AI reads the conversation and generates a response based on your knowledge base, the content you've added about your business, services, and FAQs. If the AI can't answer, it escalates the conversation to you.

Just a WhatsApp number you can link by scanning a QR code or entering a pairing code. We guide you through the setup step by step, and it's live in minutes.

No. Connecting today is instant, scan a QR code or enter a pairing code and you're live, with no business verification or waiting period. We're working toward Meta's official WhatsApp Business API as we grow, for businesses that want that path once it's available.

Scanning a QR code links your number the same way WhatsApp Web does, rather than through Meta's approved Business Cloud API, so it isn't a connection method Meta officially sanctions for third-party automation. In rare cases Meta can flag or temporarily restrict a number for unusual automated activity, and this method can occasionally need re-linking if WhatsApp changes how WhatsApp Web sessions work. We reduce that risk by pacing messages like a real person and only replying inside conversations your customers start, but no tool using this connection method, including Inboxia, can fully rule it out. If a guaranteed Meta-sanctioned connection matters for your business, the official Cloud API integration we're building toward will be the safer path once it's available.

Yes. You can add knowledge base entries: descriptions of your services, pricing, business hours, policies, and FAQs, up to your plan's limit (15 on Free, 250 on Pro, unlimited on Business). The AI uses only your content to respond, so every answer reflects your business accurately.

On Pro and Business, yes. The assistant reads the attachment and answers from what is actually in it, and remembers it for the rest of the conversation, so a follow-up question about that same photo still makes sense. On Free the attachment still arrives in your inbox, it is just handed to a human to answer rather than read by the AI.

Accuracy depends on the quality of your knowledge base. The more detailed and complete your entries, the more accurate the AI will be. We also provide an AI Simulator so you can test responses before going live and catch any gaps in your content.

Yes. Inboxia's Free plan gives you 30 days with 1 WhatsApp number, 25 AI replies per month, and 15 knowledge base entries, no credit card required. When the 30 days are up the assistant stops replying automatically, and messages wait in your inbox for a human. Your account, contacts and knowledge base stay as they are, and AI replies come back on as soon as we set up your paid plan.

Yes. Plans are set up by our team, so book a demo or contact us and we'll move you to the plan that fits. The change takes effect immediately rather than waiting for a billing cycle.

Inboxia takes security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your business data or customer conversations with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., the AI provider processes messages to generate responses). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. Inboxia bills one period at a time with no long-term commitment, so canceling simply stops the next payment; your plan stays active for the rest of the period you already paid for, then moves to Free. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

The AI isn't limited to a fixed list of languages: it replies in whichever language your customer writes in, and your knowledge base content can be written in any language too.

When a customer asks something that isn't covered in your knowledge base, the AI is designed to acknowledge the question and escalate the conversation to you rather than guessing. You'll receive a notification so you can step in and respond personally.

Not yet. Today each Inboxia account is single-user. Team seats with shared access are on our roadmap.
