Refund Policy

Free plan
The Free plan is available at no charge. No payment is required, and no refunds are applicable.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription charges after the billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months. If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the billing date, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months. Refund requests after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund, and access continues until the end of the annual period.

Exceptions
We reserve the right to grant refunds outside of this policy on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, for example, in cases of service outages or billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error, contact our billing team immediately.
