Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 30 days of AI replies with no credit card required. After that the assistant stops replying automatically: your messages, contacts and knowledge base stay exactly as they are, and AI replies come back on as soon as we set up your plan.
How do I get a paid plan?
Book a demo. We'll walk you through Inboxia on your own business, recommend a plan based on how many messages you handle, and switch it on for you. Want to change plans later? Contact us and we'll do it for you.
What counts as an AI reply?
Each AI-generated reply counts once, even when it responds to several customer messages sent in the same conversation. Messages a human answers, or that the AI is paused for, don't count.
What happens if I exceed my monthly reply limit?
The AI stops replying automatically once you hit your limit. Conversations still land in your inbox for a human to answer, nothing is dropped. Contact us and we can move you to a larger plan.
