A WhatsApp booking assistant for salons and spas
The problem
What salons and spas lose to an unread inbox
Nobody is free to hold a phone
A salon's busiest hours are exactly the hours when every pair of hands is occupied. Messages pile up unread through the afternoon and get answered, if at all, after closing.
Clients ask for a price and then go quiet
A client asking what a balayage costs is ready to book. Replying three hours later reaches someone who already messaged two other salons.
Sunday and Monday messages vanish
Enquiries keep arriving on your closed days. On Tuesday they are buried under everything else, and the ones that mattered are indistinguishable from the ones that did not.

Answering now
Do you have an appointment available tomorrow?
11:02Yes, 15:30 and 17:00 are both free tomorrow. Cut and blow dry is 45 minutes. Shall I note one down for you?
11:02Booking intent captured before the salon opened
What changes
What it looks like once it is running
- Service menu, durations and prices answered instantly, in your own wording
- Booking intent captured with the service and preferred time already recorded
- Closed-day messages answered rather than stacked up for Tuesday morning
- Hot leads sorted to the top so the front desk calls the ready-to-book clients first
Questions
Salons and spas, answered
Does it take the booking itself?
It captures the service, the preferred day and time, and the client's name, then hands a ready-to-confirm conversation to your front desk. Final confirmation stays with a person, which is what keeps double bookings out of the diary.
Can it quote different prices for different lengths or stylists?
Yes, as long as you write the distinction into the knowledge base. If your colour pricing varies by hair length or by senior versus junior stylist, add that as an entry and the AI will ask the qualifying question before quoting.
What happens when someone asks something it does not know?
It says it will check and escalates the conversation to you rather than guessing. The AI answers only from the content you have given it.
Will clients be able to tell it is not a person?
You choose. The personality settings let you set its name, greeting and tone, and many salons introduce it plainly as an assistant. Being upfront tends to work better than pretending, because it sets the right expectation about what it can confirm.
